Collection & delivery

1. Where we are

We trade from one location only, at the address above — near Bungalow Stop, Avinashi Road, in Murungapalayam, Tiruppur. There is free parking on the road in front. We have no other branch.

2. Collection

• Collection from the counter is free.
• We are open every day, 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, including Sundays and most public holidays.
• We agree a collection time when the order is confirmed. Please come within about half an hour of it — cakes are fresh, unpreserved food, and we would rather they went straight from the chiller to you.
• Bring the order confirmation, or the phone number the order was placed on.
• If nobody collects a finished custom cake within 24 hours of the agreed time, we cannot guarantee its condition and we cannot refund it.

3. Local delivery

• We can arrange delivery within Tiruppur. It is not automatic — ask for it when you order.
• The charge depends on distance. We quote it with your order, before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.
• Someone must be at the address to receive the order. If nobody is there, we will call the number on the order and wait as long as we reasonably can. A second delivery attempt is charged again.
• Please give a landmark along with the address. It saves everyone a phone call.
• We do not currently ship outside Tiruppur, and we do not post cakes by courier.

4. How long things take

Peak dates — New Year, Valentine's Day, Christmas — book out well in advance. Traffic, weather and power cuts can delay a delivery; if that happens, we call you.

5. Once the order leaves us

Cakes travel on a flat surface, kept level and cool, in our own box. Once an order has been handed over — to you, or to a delivery rider you arranged — we cannot be responsible for damage caused in transit or by how it is stored afterwards.

If we arranged the delivery and the cake arrives damaged, tell us straight away with a photograph and see our returns & refunds page. We will remake it or refund it.

6. Looking after it at home

• Keep cakes and pastries refrigerated until about 15–20 minutes before serving.
• Keep the box level, and out of direct sunlight.
• Fondant work does not like humidity — take it out of the fridge as late as you can.
• Cream cakes are best eaten the same day. They are not made to keep.
