Everything starts raw
Nothing is pre-cooked and reheated. That is why an order takes about fifteen minutes, and why we would rather you knew that before you sat down than after.
Jain is not a special request
No onion, no garlic — ask, and that is simply how we make it. The Jain pizza is on the board at the same price as the rest.
Pure-veg, and eggless throughout
One kitchen, no separate shelf, no exceptions. There are no eggs anywhere in the bakery either — not in the cakes, not in the brownies.

The thirty-five rupee argument
Beans ground to order. No premix, no push-button.
There is a machine that would make this faster and a powder that would make it cheaper. We use neither. The filter coffee is pulled between a steel tumbler and dabara until it has a proper head on it, and it costs thirty-five rupees.
If you want it cold instead, the Signature Cold Coffee at ₹209 is the one people come back for — thick, dark, and properly cold rather than iced-down.
