01 Why people keep coming back
A small kitchen that refuses to cut corners.
We are not the biggest café in Tiruppur. We are the one that will remake your cake if the shade of pink isn't right — and we have done it more than once.
Eggless is the default
Every cake, pastry, brownie and cheesecake we bake is eggless. Not a separate shelf, not on request — the whole bakery.
One vegetarian kitchen
Ingredients, equipment, oil, everything. Jain pizza is on the printed menu, not a special favour.
Fifteen minutes, most days
Everything is cooked from raw when you order. It takes about a quarter of an hour, and it is worth the wait.

Send a reference photo on WhatsApp and we'll quote it the same day. Shape cakes from ₹1,200 a kilo, fully sculpted 3D cakes from ₹1,750 — every one of them eggless.
05 Our story
It began with a nineteen-year-old and one stubborn idea.
Gokul Raj M.S. opened the doors in July 2019, straight out of hotel management college, convinced Tiruppur deserved a café where vegetarian wasn't the compromise option — it was the entire point.
A franchise at first. Then a pandemic. Then the decision to let the franchise go and start again under our own name in late 2022, with our own recipes and our own standards. Café Mellow has been ours ever since.
